I got this wonderful idea from Leslie at My Mommy's Place, who got it from her friend Mackey. Basically, they are giving their first five commenters Christmas presents. Now, because they are cooler than I am(Leslie has this awesome store), they are sending actual gifts. I have nothing to give you, unless you are interested in Ironflower's artwork.
Since I am assuming you are not (though I have to say that her latest hand turkey is quite fetching), I am modifying the game (meme?). To my first five commenters, I am offering a link here or a blog review/interview on Commercial Nation or a personalized haiku to be posted to either of my blogs or emailed to the person of your choice.
To get one of these awesome bloggy gifts, be one of the first five to comment here (though if more people comment, they will probably get a bloggy gift too) and let me know what you want. If you don't want to tell me what you want on the comments, email me at thejerseygirl89@yahoo.com. Then you need to do the same thing on your blog - give links, reviews, interviews, haiku or some tangible gift to YOUR first five commenters. I also think it would be cool if you linked back to me, Leslie and Mackey so we could see the power of the blogosphere. But you don't have to do that part. Just share the holiday cheer with your readers.

Hi lovely idea and lovely prizes.
I'd like the haiku though as a review of my blog would most likely destroy my soul. lol
Now that's a neat way to start the Christmas Season... personally I'm leaning towards ironflowers' artwork, but my own kids might get jealous if their stuff gets knocked off the fridge in favor of someone else's. I'd take the blog review, though.
I'm going to go visit your links and think about how to do my version of this meme - I should have something up by Monday.

What a cool idea! Too bad I'm too late for the first five, but if you decide to expand at all, I love the idea of a personalized haiku. :)
